Short answer: Perform two rounds of five approachable movements twice weekly. Add a third session or harder leverage only after recovery remains comfortable.
Who this workout is for
This routine is for women new to exercise or returning after a long break. Health conditions, pregnancy, recent injury or persistent symptoms require individualized professional guidance. It is not official military preparation.
The workout
| Exercise or block | Sets and reps | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Wall push-up | 6–12 | Move feet to scale |
| Band row | 8–12 | Light resistance |
| Chair squat | 8–12 | Use stable chair |
| Supported reverse lunge | 4–8/side | Hold wall or rail |
| Dead bug | 5–8/side | Slow |
How to perform the session
Warm up with five minutes of walking and easy joint movement. Complete two rounds with 60–90 seconds of rest. Finish feeling that another round was possible.
How to progress
First add repetitions, then lower the push-up surface or use less assistance. Continue to the four-week women’s plan or 15-minute circuit.
How RepSaga fits
RepSaga can turn wall or incline push-up practice into a game when the tracking setup supports the variation. Do not change form only to trigger a count. Review push-up progressions for women.
