Calisthenics Biceps Workout: No-Machine Pulling Exercises

Biceps-focused calisthenics relies on pulling. Push-up variations do not turn into biceps exercises simply because the grip changes.

Short answer: Use chin-up progressions, supinated rows and an optional ring or band curl. Control the lowering phase and keep the shoulder position stable.
